Heart Design Place Card Holders

Your hearts will be full on your special day, and a perfect way to share the love is to display your seating assignments in these adorable heart design place card holders which also double as photo/note holders when your guests take them home. Perfect as wedding or bridal shower favors, each measures 5" x .5" x 1.75" and has a pearl white resin open heart base decorated with three pearls inside. A wire coil is attached to hold place card, and these favors come in individual poly bags with place cards included.

This item is available with a customized tag, or adhesive label, whichever is described above (assembly required).
To purchase this option, please notice the question "Personalize This Item?" just above the Add To Cart button, and click Yes. Then:

• Click the Choose Colors and Graphics link to view the custom options
  
• To select a background color, click on one from the row of color swatches at the top
  
• Click on the graphic of your choice. The Background and Graphic drop-down menus will automatically update with your selections!
  
• Enter the text you would like to appear on your tag or label in Text Lines 1 & 2, minding the character limits for each
  
• Click the confirmation box
  
• Click the Add To Cart button, and you're done!
