Orders must ship to Street Addresses in the Contiguous 48 United States - not valid for shipments to PO Boxes, Alaska, or Hawaii. To receive your free shipping, please make sure you select "Ground" as your shipping option. We aggressively fight credit card fraud! Different "Bill To" & "Ship To" Addresses We have implemented measures to protect ourselves (and credit card users) from fraud which may delay your order. If the "Ship To" location is different than the "Bill To" location, we may delay your order until we can confirm the details of your order via telephone or other sources. Please provide an accurate phone number where you can be reached during the day. If the billing address does not EXACTLY match the address on file with your bank, your order will be delayed until we can verify your address. To avoid order processing delays, please make sure you enter the exact address where your credit card or debit card statement is mailed in the "Bill To" fields in the shopping cart. UPS 2 Day and 3 Day Rush Delivery Options For expedited shipping, we offer a choice of 2-day and 3-Day listed shipping options. Shipping times always begin the day after the order leaves our warehouse. Weekend days are not counted as shipping days, nor are holidays. For example, a 2-day order shipped on Thursday will arrive Monday rather than Saturday. Please plan for order processing and customization times as noted in our product specific pages when you order. *We may ship orders in more than one box. Orders typically are charged the rates above, but certain oversized or custom items may have handling surcharges which will be described in the product detail page for that item. We reserve the right to not ship an order if for some reason (due to your specific location, the size of your order, etc.) your order has extraordinary handling or shipping charges from UPS or USPS. We will contact you within 1 business day if your order is subject to any additional handling charges. **Orders over $600.00 will be quoted a custom freight quote. Oversized Item Surcharges: Yard Signs, Pinatas, and other Oversized Items. Certain items are very large, and incur an Oversized Item Surcharge when shipped UPS 3 Day, UPS 2 Day, or USPS Priority Mail. The UPS charges us higher rates due to the size of the box, not just it's weight. Therefore, any Yard Signs, Pinatas, or other items designated as oversized on that item's description page will be charged an oversize item surcharge. The shipping surcharge will be charged separately, on the day following shipment, and is in addition to the regular shipping rate. UPS 2 Day or 3 Day Surcharge: $5.99. Orders are shipped out of warehouse within 2 to 4 business days. If you choose to have personalized tags with your items, or you items are personalized in any way, items usually ship out within 5 to 7 business days. This does not include transit time from UPS. UPS transit time is an additional 1 to 6 business days. DURING THE PEAK SEASON - APRIL THROUGH AUGUST, YOU MAY EXPERIENCE EXTRA PROCESSING TIME DUE TO THE VOLUME OF ORDERS. In some of our item descriptions there is a link to map showing the UPS transit time to your state. Shipments to Hawaii / Alaska / Puerto Rico Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico are charged out at the UPS 2 Day rate, plus $15.00. Certain shipments may incur additional surcharges due to the size and weight restrictions of UPS. We will contact you immediately if your shipment is unable to be processed at the price quoted in the shopping cart. Undeliverable shipments:Should a package be returned to us, or to one of our specialty manufacturers as undeliverable due an address error on the customer’s part, the customer may be subject to return shipping fees, restocking fees, and some items may not be refundable whatsoever; non-refundable items include, but are not limited to, personalized items and food product such as chocolates and cookies.
